You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the platform. Misuse of the platform may result in termination of access.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including course materials, branding, graphics, and code — is the property of SkillProUp or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without permission.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Some services require payment. By subscribing, you authorize us or our third-party payment processors to charge your chosen payment method. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may be subject to applicable taxes.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for individual course or subscription purchases, subject to the following conditions:

• The refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• The user must not have completed more than 25% of any course content.
• Refund requests must be made in writing to info@skillproup.com and include your full name, order ID, and reason for the request.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the services, including but not limited to engaging in hacking, spamming, or sharing content that is unlawful or violates intellectual property rights.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time and without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

SkillProUp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. The latest version will be published on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
